My latest painting of baseball legend, Roberto Clemente, was inspired by my most recent travels to Puerto Rico. A balmy paradise of soft breezes and emerald sea, that still to this day, embodies the essence of our beloved Superstar. Roberto’s love for Pittsburgh was undoubted, but his heart, his purpose, and his adoring gaze; beckon back to a land and time frozen in our hearts and memories for generations.  I hope you enjoy this painting as much as I enjoyed painting it!
